The Sexy Chef Cooking Demo at Abreeza Mall

March 25, 2014 0 Comments
I am not a good cook and I still have a lot to learn but I am trying my best to cook for my family. As much as possible, I want them to eat healthy foods, especially my little one. So, I was so excited when I got an opportunity to attend a healthy cooking demo with The Sexy Chef Barni Alejandro-Rennebeck and her sister Rachel Alejandro at the Abreeza Mall last Saturday, March 22, 2014.

I have learned a lot from them and also learned a few of their recipes that they've shared during their cooking demo. Four of the recipes that they've shared are also in their book The Sexy Chef Cookbook which are the following:

Malunggay Shrimp Fried Rice

Stir-fry Korean-Style Noodles

Tofu "EGG" SALAD Tea Sandwiches

Romain Salad with Cranberries, Pine nuts and Pesto Vinaigrette

One day, I will try these healthy recipes. I just hope my little one would eat it, hehehe... I also bought cucumbers a while ago so I can try the cucumber juice. You just blend the cucumber and drink it's juice everyday and it will help flatten your tummy. So, for everyone who wants to get rid of their belly fats (like me), try to drink cucumber juice everyday. It can also clear out the toxins in our body. ;)

Thank you sexy chefs for all the tips you have shared with us... :)

Being a Mom...

March 18, 2014 0 Comments

Yes, being a Mom has made me a better person. I used to be this happy go lucky girl who loves to travel and have fun. But when I became a Mom, it all changed, I rarely go out now... I don't have any regrets though, I'd rather stay home and spend time with my baby. :)

Being a mom changed me... I have learned a lot of things like cooking, baking, and of course taking care of my baby. I am glad there are people around me who supports and give advices on how to properly handle and take care of my precious little one.

Seeing your little one smile as she sleeps or when you try to play and giggle her is one of the most precious moment I would cherish. It wasn't easy but being a mom made me stronger, responsible and more happier.

Agnitus Features:

Parents need to know that Agnitus – Personal Learning Program is a collection of math and literacy games that increase in difficulty as kids progress. In addition to teaching academic skills, a few games address other topics, from tooth brushing to career choices.
